It’s been a while I bought the Nykaa Mattes and I’m finally ready to share my thoughts on them. So here’s my Nykaa Matte Nail Polish Review!
Nykaa Matte Nail Polish Shades – Pink Meringue, Almond Crumble, Smores Milkshake
The Nykaa Matte Nail Polish range comes in square shaped bottles with a black lid. The packaging seems pretty alright for the price. What I like about them is the frosted finish on the bottles that signify the Matte range.
The Nykaa Matte Nail Polish range is priced at Rs.199 for an individual piece and a little lesser as a combo pack.
Any of the shades from Nykaa Matte Nail Polish range last me about 3 days with absolutely no chip and this includes a day when I’ve washed my hair. But after that, they do begin to chip and it can get pretty apparent.
I have 3 shades from the Nykaa Matte Nail Polish Range.
This is a soft baby pink shade. Very muted and understated.
This is a creamy nude shade.
This is a cool toned and slightly mauvey gray shade.
Texture and Finish
The Nykaa Matte Nail Polish range dries to a beautiful smooth finish. The nails don’t seem completely matte and don’t have that super chalky look.
Pros of the Nykaa Matte Nail Polish range
Variety of shades
Good colour pay off
Free from Toulene, Formaldehyde, DBP, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor (all harmful chemicals)
Not tested on animals
Cons of the Nykaa Matte Nail Polish Range
I definitely recommend trying out the Nykaa Matte Nail Polish Range. I think the color selection that they bring to the table is just fabulous. Their shades are stunning and look great too. It took me a while to get used to non glossy nails, but I do like them now.
